Our honey is for sale seasonally at Three Mile Ridge Country Store. It's in Lethbridge on Highway 230 on the Bonavista Peninsula. You can't miss it when travelling from the Trans-Canada Highway to Trinity or Bonavista.

I feed fondant or sugar paste and pollen substitute to my colonies each spring. Both take the form of patties that I insert quickly on top of the upper deep frames, under the crown board (inner cover). I start feeding the fondant/paste around March 15th when the ambient temperature can be cool. Therefore, I want a method of patty insertion that is rapid and exposes the colony to as little cold as possible.
